Analytics and advertising measurement

• • Fahampesa also counts daily page loads by page category and broad referral source without cookies or visitor identifiers. These are aggregate page counts, not unique visitor counts.
• • First-party journey analytics and Meta advertising measurement are optional and controlled separately in Privacy choices.
• • First-party analytics records page views, selected action categories, broad device/browser type, and safe campaign/referrer labels only after analytics consent. It does not record form contents, keystrokes, passwords, payment credentials, or session replays.
• • Meta measurement uses ad and page activity only after ad measurement consent. A confirmed subscription payment may be reported with its amount and currency after consent; direct identifiers, M-Pesa receipts, and business records are excluded.
• • Authorized Fahampesa administrators may review anonymized customer journey stages and verified payment outcomes for service improvement and conversion support.
• • You can change or withdraw either optional choice through the Privacy choices control. First-party analytics events are automatically deleted within 180 days. If you withdraw analytics consent, Fahampesa requests deletion of the associated first-party journey events.

Data security

• • Data is stored on secure infrastructure.
• • Access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.
• • Fahampesa does not sell customer contact or business records. Optional Meta advertising measurement is enabled only after a separate choice; limited ad identifiers and confirmed subscription value/currency may be sent to Meta. Contact details, passwords, payment credentials, M-Pesa receipts, and business records are not sent.
• • Fahampesa follows applicable data protection laws in its operating regions.

Payments

• • Payments are processed by licensed and regulated third party providers.
• • Fahampesa does not store full payment credentials.

Data ownership and retention

• • Data is retained only as required to deliver services and meet legal obligations.
• • Data removal requests are processed through official support channels.
